Most businesses are built to earn. Aquarii builds the ones meant to be kept — the strategy underneath, the entity around it, and the credit that carries it forward.
Most founders don't have a revenue problem. They have a foundation problem that only shows up when they go to borrow, scale, or hand something down.
What you build in a decade shouldn't depend on you being in the room for the next one.
The Aquarii premise
Services
We find the actual constraint on the business — not the one that's easiest to talk about — and build the plan that clears it.
The entity, the paperwork, and the separation that make a business legible to banks, partners, and eventually heirs.
A credit profile in the company's name, built in the right order, so funding stops depending on your personal score.
Turning what the business produces into something that holds its value outside of the business.
The part most founders postpone: deciding now what the next generation actually receives, and making it survivable.
Nothing here is a retainer that runs forever. Each engagement ends with you holding the system.

A full read of where the business actually stands — entity, books, credit file, revenue concentration, and the gap between what you own and what you control.
II
We design the structure the business should have had from the start, sequenced so each piece is in place before the next one needs it.
III
Filings, accounts, agreements, credit lines, and systems — built alongside you rather than handed over as a list of recommendations.
IV
Documentation, training, and a maintenance calendar so the structure holds without us. You keep the playbook.

About
I started Aquarii because I kept meeting people who were exceptional at earning and had never been shown how to own. They had the revenue, the clients, the reputation. What they didn't have was anything built to hold it, and nobody had ever told them those were two different problems.
I take a small number of clients at a time, because this isn't the kind of advice you hand over and walk away from. What we build together is meant to still be standing when you aren't the one holding it up.
